My name is Ruben Ginosyan, and I’m a real estate professional and licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with over ten years of experience helping clients find their perfect homes in California. Real estate has always been more than a career for me—it’s a way to connect with people, understand their goals, and guide them through one of life’s most meaningful decisions.

Over the years, I’ve built my career on trust, dedication, and a deep understanding of the housing market. My experience in California gave me a strong foundation in residential sales, investment properties, and client relations. Now, as both a real estate agent and an MLO, I’m able to assist clients through every step of the process—from finding the right property to securing the best financing. I’m also fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian, which allows me to communicate clearly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Now based in Florida, I’m excited to continue my real estate journey and bring my combined expertise to this vibrant and growing market.
